Product & Ingredient Questions
Are your products vegan and cruelty‑free?
Yes. Our soy wax, fragrance oils, butters, and salts are plant‑based and never tested on animals.
What kind of wax and wicks do you use?
Wax: Proprietary blend of Soy and Parafin
Wicks: Lead‑free cotton
Are your fragrances phthalate‑free?
Every scent oil is phthalate‑ and paraben‑free, sourced from reputable U.S. suppliers.
Candle Care
How long should my first burn be?
Allow the melt pool to reach the jar’s edge (≈ 3 hrs) to prevent tunneling.
How often should I trim the wick?
Before every burn—keep it at ¼ inch for a clean flame.
My candle is tunneling. Help!
Wrap foil around the rim, leaving a hole at the center, and burn for 1–2 hrs. The heat evens out the sides.
My candle’s surface looks bumpy or has white “frosting.” Is that normal?
Totally normal! Soy wax expands and contracts as it warms and cools, which can create a slightly rough top after the first burn or leave a thin, white crystalline layer called frosting. These cosmetic quirks are hallmarks of natural soy and don’t affect scent throw or burn quality.
Wax Melt Care
How many cubes do I use?
Start with one cube in a 15–25 W warmer; add another if you prefer stronger scent.
How long does a cube last?
About 8–10 hrs. Replace when fragrance fades.
How do I clean my warmer dish?
Let wax cool, freeze for 5 min, then pop it out. Wipe with a paper towel—no soap needed.
Why do the wax melts feel softer than store‑bought clamshells?
Large commercial melts often contain paraffin or hardening additives. Ours are all‑soy with no synthetic stiffeners, so they may feel softer—especially in warm weather. Keep them in a cool, dry spot and they’ll pop cleanly from the clamshell. Softness never impacts fragrance strength or safety.
Lip Balm & Bath Salt Care
Are the lip balms flavored or scented?
We use natural flavor oils; they’re lightly sweet but contain no sugars (won’t dry lips).
Are bath salts safe for sensitive skin?
Yes—Epsom salts with gentle essential‑oil blends. Always patch‑test if you’re unsure.
How much bath salt should I add?
Pour 2–3 tbsp under warm running water, soak for 20 minutes, hydrate, and relax.
